What is the difference between HR Basics and HR Complete?
HR Basics gives you the essential foundations — policies, contracts, compliance guidance, and a monthly check-in. HR Complete is a fully embedded service where we act as your HR department: recruitment, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, and unlimited support.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Yes — we ask for a minimum 3-month commitment so we can properly understand your business and get the foundations right. Most clients stay with us well beyond that.
Do you work with businesses outside of our state?
Yes. We work with Australian businesses nationally. All of our HR support is delivered remotely, with in-person available on request for Melbourne and surrounding areas.
What happens if we need urgent HR support?
HR Complete clients have access to us for urgent matters — terminations, workplace complaints, and critical decisions. We don't leave you waiting 48 hours when something needs to be handled today.
Can we switch between tiers?
Yes. If your team grows and you need more capability, we can move you to HR Complete at any time. We'll credit any unused portion of your current billing period.
How is the per-person pricing calculated?
HR Complete is billed at $100 per employee per month, based on your headcount at the start of each billing period. If your team grows, the fee adjusts accordingly.
