How do I manage someone overseas?
Most clients are surprised by how straightforward it is. With the right tools — Slack, Teams, Zoom, your project management software — managing a skilled offshore team member isn't much different from a local remote hire. We help you set it up properly from day one.
What about quality?
The Philippines has a large, English-speaking, tertiary-educated workforce with a strong professional culture. Our screening specifically assesses English communication, technical capability and cultural fit — so you know what you're getting before you commit.
What about time zones?
The Philippines is 1–3 hours behind Australian eastern states. Most clients find this workable — and many offshore professionals are accustomed to adjusting hours to overlap with Australian business hours.
Is this ethical?
Direct hire means your team member earns their full salary — no BPO taking a cut. We pay above-market rates for the Philippines. It's a better outcome for the person you're hiring as well as for you.
What about contracts and compliance?
Offshore team members can be engaged as contractors or via an Employer of Record (EOR) service, which handles local employment contracts, payroll, tax and compliance in-country. We guide you through the right structure for your situation.
What if it doesn't work out?
Every placement includes a replacement guarantee. If it doesn't work within the agreed period, we find you another candidate at no additional campaign cost.
